Kaushalya Vikas Kendra (KViK) is a non-profit company for skill development. Its prime objective is to make semi-literate youth from poor economic and social background ‘employable’. Its vision is to provide vocational training in variety of skills which are in great demand in the industry and open doors for a sustainable career to the underprivileged students. KViK has been set up by experienced and successful executives of companies who would like to give something back to the society. The company is a service initiative of by Sri Yathiraja Ramanuja Trust, Bengaluru.

ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ ವಿಕಾಸ ಕೇಂದ್ರ (KViK) ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗಾಗಿ ಲಾಭರಹಿತ ಕಂಪನಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಬಡ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯ ಅರೆ-ಸಾಕ್ಷರ ಯುವಕರನ್ನು ‘ಉದ್ಯೋಗಯೋಗ್ಯ’ರನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಇದರ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಉದ್ದೇಶವಾಗಿದೆ. ಉದ್ಯಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಯಿರುವ ವಿವಿಧ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವೃತ್ತಿಪರ ತರಬೇತಿಯನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸುಸ್ಥಿರ ವೃತ್ತಿಜೀವನದ ಬಾಗಿಲು ತೆರೆಯುವುದು ಇದರ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಸಮಾಜಕ್ಕೆ ಏನನ್ನಾದರೂ ಮರಳಿ ನೀಡಲು ಬಯಸುವ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳ ಅನುಭವಿ ಮತ್ತು ಯಶಸ್ವಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಾಹಕರು KViK ಅನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಕಂಪನಿಯು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಶ್ರೀ ಯತಿರಾಜ ರಾಮಾನುಜ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್ನ ಸೇವಾ ಉಪಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿದೆ.
